Groveway Property Maintenance Services (GPMS) has always been a successful small business based in the Midlands supplying private homes with a friendly all-in-one service providing plumbing, roofing & building.
GPMS Property Management, as it is now known, is more than just a building company. Working to a new business plan in the Coventry area, concentrating on buy-to-let properties, renovations and lettings, GPMS is really making a difference to local families.

Our mission is to be providers of quality affordable rental housing for the families in the Coventry and Bedworth area of the West Midlands.
